Force Majeure
Taklefa shall not be in breach of any of its obligations under the quotation nor be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Contract if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Permission to use content
By agreeing, you grant Taklefa the legal permission to use content and information you provide us to provide our services. You own your information. Therefore, you grant Taklefa a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works from the information you provide us and the services we provide you. We may use your contact information to provide you with tailored promotions that we might deem a fit for your needs, including marketing campaigns from time to time. You have a right to opt out of these marketing campaigns if you choose too.
